ICT Consultancy Services Framework Agreement

We are seeking to issue a Framework Agreement for ICT Consultancy Services to support Tai Tarian’s Technology and Innovation team in the delivery of its departmental objectives. Tai Tarian’s technology service is delivered in-house using a combination of Dell, Juniper, VmWare and Microsoft products and provides services to around 550 staff. In addition to the usual Microsoft productivity products, we deliver voice via Sip and support several housing specific legacy applications. Traditionally, projects tend to focus around technical support, knowledge transfer and upgrading or implementing new technologies or hardware. To give a feel of the sort of consultancy we use, some of the projects undertaken over the last twenty-four months include: • Core switching replacement • WiFi upgrade to HQ • Sharepoint upgrade • Kerberos review • MobileIron upgrade and move to managed service • Implementation of Microsoft 365 (ongoing) • Replacement of contact centre
