The Department of Health and Social Care intends to run a procurement exercise to source H5 Influenza Vaccine to stockpile in the UK for Avian Flu preparedness. The anticipated vaccine delivery date in the UK is December 2023.<br/><br/>This engagement requires potential suppliers to complete the attached questionnaire which can be found on the Health Family Supplier Portal at:<br/><br/>https://health-family-contract-search.secure.force.com/ProSpend__CS_ContractPage?SearchType=Projects&uid=a078d000004xgQ3AAI&searchStr=&sortStr=Recently+Published&page=1&filters=&County=<br/><br/> Your completed questionnaire must be submitted no later than 9am, on Thursday 11th May 2023.
