Tender description

Marine Scotland Directorate and Scottish Procurement and Property Directorate (SPPD) are working to produce a draft Sourcing Strategy, Single Procurement Document (SPD) and Invitation to Tender documents (ITT) in advance of the budget being secured and the approval to undertake a competitive procurement exercise being given for procurement of two vessels. It is anticipated that the Scottish Government will require external legal advice throughout the procurement process and are therefore looking to obtain this via a call off contract from Lot 4 Major Projects from the Legal Services Framework. As this is an appointment for ad hoc legal advice for the duration of the Vessel Procurement project, all other outputs will be discussed and agreed at the time of instruction.
