Request for Information (RFI) regarding Highlands and Islands Airports Limited’s (HIAL) requirement for provision of Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems (PIDS) at 3 of our airports located at at Kirkwall, Stornoway and Sumburgh. Lot 1: This RFI sets out: - HIAL’s requirement for purchase, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of PIDS at Kirkwall, Stornoway and Sumburgh airports; This RFI seeks feedback on: - Supply market capability; - Supply market experience of providing similar systems at airports; - Supply market capacity; - Delivery timescales; - Supply market pre-requisite for Hardware, Connectivity and Power; - Impact of environment types will have on the PIDS; and - Indicative costs.
