Jigsaw Homes Midlands require a specialist electronic maintenance works Contractor in relation to - Automatic Door Entry Systems - Warden Control Systems - Digital Aerials - Fire Protection Equipment - Access Control Systems - CCTV Systems For properties owned and managed by Jigsaw Homes Midlands (JHM) only, including; - communal (& public) areas to residential properties; - JHM owned commercial properties; - new build properties (from developer handover onwards); - Any other buildings for which JHM have a responsibility for. The successful Contractor will be expected to mobilise to our timescale and be operational by 1st July 2023. The initial contract period until 30 June 2025 and if successful a further two, one year extensions on a yearly basis, based on performance and by mutual agreement.
