Framework Agreement for Staffordshire County Council Workforce Mental Wellbeing Early Intervention Support

Tender description

Staffordshire County Council requires a range of organisations/individual professionals to complement our employed Occupational Health and Health and Safety professionals to deliver a range of prevention and early intervention support services to the workforce under a Framework Agreement. The use of a Framework Agreement for the provision of early intervention support to employees will allow the Council to have a range of competent providers offering a wide range of skills and services. There are no guaranteed levels of referrals per provider. Providers are expected to work in partnership with the County Council to deliver early intervention services to the corporate workforce of 4300 employees and for other customers supported by the Council's Health, Safety and Wellbeing Service. Providers appointed to the framework will assist us to support employees suffering from mental ill health and help prevent and reduce the impact that ill health of this nature has on individuals, their families and organisational productivity. Lot 1: Triage Triage Lot 2a: Self-referral - Digital Counselling Digital Counselling completed by video meeting (telephone if client cannot access video) with support for employee to develop their own support plan. Summary documentation provided to ThinkWell including KPI data. Lot 2b: Self-referral - Face to face Counselling Face to face Counselling with support for employee to develop their own support plan. Summary documentation provided to ThinkWell including KPI data. Lot 2c: Manager Referral - Digital Counselling Digital Counselling completed by video meeting (telephone if client cannot access video) with support for employee to develop their own support plan. Provide initial and final report for Manager and ThinkWell and summary document including KPI data to ThinkWell. Lot 2d: Manager Referral - Face to face Counselling Face to face Counselling with support for employee to develop their own support plan. Provide initial and final report for Manager and ThinkWell and summary document including KPI data to ThinkWell. Lot 2e: Clinical Psychology Services Face to face 1 hour session with support for employee to develop support plan and onward referrals as appropriate. Initial and final report for ThinkWell (and Manager as appropriate) and summary document including KPI data to ThinkWell.
