Tender description
Exemption required to continue provision of long standing services, pending whole system commissioning review, which will take place during 23/24. Contract was subject to budget saving proposal. Following significant engagement a provisional agreement has been reached to make real term saving by freezing value at 22/23 rate. Only one inflationary increase has been made in the past five years, providing a real term savings over this period. DASS has provisionally agreed this exemption.
