DHSC: GO: Content Design for Digital Content Team

Tender description

Contract for the provision of content design services to support the DHSC Digital Content Team. The digital content team will be coordinating user research to understand how we can improve the site and with that information will be making a range of content design changes. Content design support will be used as part of this project to ensure the changes can be made over the next 6 months to a year, so that staff will see immediate improvements allowing them to work more efficiently and find information they need on the intranet. Also, The department is required to publish a number of communications on GOV.UK including guidance, white papers, consultations, calls for evidence, consultation responses, official statistics etc. Content is required to meet Government Digital Service content standards to ensure that it meets user needs, supports audiences and is in line with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
