Defence Medical Services (DMS) - Placements Consultants Monitoring Application

Tender description

The development of a Placements Consultants monitoring application to support the input of the hours worked and job plans for DMS Clinical consultants. This would take the form of an integrated IT system including a user interface to input the required data and also database to store. The tool will also provide high fidelity data for Defence Consultant Advisors (DCAs) to undertake annual job plan reviews of their cadres, ensuring the individuals remain clinically current to deploy and have the time in-built to deliver appropriate outputs for Defence. The overall outcome is to support the user through the delivery of a user interface application and database that can input/ interpret the data, and populate a data base, and also allow its exploitation through MARCONI software. The secondary output of this product is to create a supporting database which is structured and compiled on appropriate technical architecture, within MOD environments that enables data analysis and exploitation via either PowerBi via MODNet or Palantir Foundry software.
