UOW903 Student Rental Property Management Software

The University of Worcester is seeking suppliers who provide Student Rental Property Management Software. This is software which allows third party landlords to advertise their own properties and allows students to search for properties and contact landlords. The University is interested in off-the-shelf software rather than developing a bespoke solution. Further details of our requirement are below: • Landlords need to be able to manage their own properties. To include o Register onto the site and add new properties. o Create adverts o Add photo's o Indicate whether a property is/is not to be displayed on the website o Upload safety certificates for students to view. o Respond to students who have contacted them through the site. • Students need to be able to search for available properties through a UW branded site o Students should be able to search by postcode area, property type, no of rooms available, property size, rent amount per week, and when the property is available from. o Students should be able to see photos and comprehensive information about properties (area, no of bedrooms, weekly rent, contract length, deposit amount, what's included in rent and when property is available from) o Students should be able to contact landlords through the site, and add properties to a wish list or shopping basket. o Students should have access to a message board or similar to advertise rooms no longer needed, or to search for others to share with. • UW need to be able to be able to carry out all administrative functions on behalf of landlords if need be. o UW need to be able to mailshot landlords o UW need the ability to authorise/decline advertisements o Advertisements should automatically end and be removed from site if any safety certificate is invalid/out of date If you are able to provide this software, please contact Nicola Brecknell (n.brecknell@worc.ac.uk) with details of your product.
