Essex County Council are looking to procure a delivery service as part of our strategy to reduce food waste. We are looking for an organisation to deliver to households within a specified area: 1) A leaflet 2) A roll of food caddy liners 3) Administer a sticker to the residual waste bin Leaflets, stickers and food bin liners will be provided by ECC. These services will be required at a similar time period as the waste collection so that bins are presented outside of properties for collection. At this stage, ECC are looking to engage with organisations to understand capability and capacity within the market.
