Tender description

The works comprise the initial Risk Assessment survey, identifying and detailing of the appropriate service visit schedules and quantity of visits required per lift installation and associated maintenance tasks for the council’s various lift installations. Upon completion of Risk Assessments and identification of required maintenance schedules undertake regular annual maintenance of the councils lift inventory as per an agreed schedule of dates.
