Medite Smartply RFT for the Purchase of Strapping in 3 lots at Medite SmartPly'23

MEDITE SMARTPLY wishes to establish a contract with one or more suppliers for the supply of embossed Pet strap. The successful vendor will have to supply their goods under a stock consignment system, where terms and conditions of such a contract will be discussed prior to awarding the contract. The Pet Strap is used to bind our finished product. The Jumbo green coloured embossed pet strap will be applied to the product via an automatic strapping machine in both facilities. The volumes estimated per annum would be approximately circa 1,872 coils of 1,500m of PET strap and 900 (550 Smartply&350 Medite) coils of 3,800 to 4,000m of jumbo strap. We currently use TYCOON 16-5M900 GP STRAPPING TEUFELBERGER 7851664 - COMBIND TYCOON 16-5M900 GP DX POLYESTER STRAPPING 15.5X0.9 GREEN 1500M COIL & MAINLINE GREEN JUMBO RECYCLED PET STRAP 15.5mm x 095mm x3900m(breaking Strength .95n) Green Strap (Main Line) strapping in SmartPly and PLASTIC STRAP 15.5 x 0.9MM x1500M GREEN PET & PLASTIC STRAP 15.5 x 0.9MM x3900M GREEN PET in Medite. 2.1 Facility most interested in supplying Below is a table that highlights the full list of strapping from both plants.
