GB-Benfleet: Castle Point Borough Council - Window Cleaning

Tender description

Castle Point Borough Council (CPBC) is seeking quotes for the provision of window cleaning services at its Main Council Offices, Leisure Centres, sheltered housing schemes and blocks of flats. Contained within the specification is the opportunity to provide occasional cleaning of other council offices on an adhoc basis. The resulting contract is for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
