Environment Agency Landscape Requirements Lot 1: Lot 1: North Projects:<br/><br/>-Hexham - Tree planting and 5-year establishment aftercare period.<br/><br/>-Rickerby - Replacement planting and establishment aftercare of recent planting, expected to be for Years 3-10 of the 10-year establishment aftercare period.<br/><br/>-Gosling Syke - Replacement planting and establishment aftercare of recent planting, expected to be for Years 3-5 of the 5-year establishment aftercare period.<br/><br/>-Carlisle Phase 1 - Establishment aftercare of recent planting and cutting/collection of arisings for wild flora areas, expected to be for Years 3-10 of the 10-year establishment aftercare period. Lot 2: Lot 2: North East Projects:<br/><br/>-Foss Flood Storage Area - Tree/shrub/wetland planting and 5-year establishment aftercare period.
