PHI has been commissioned to provide surveillance systems for monitoring interventions related to drug and alcohol use and violence prevention by local authorities across the North-West footprint for a number of years. Each monitoring system contributes to a regional database which is not replicable since the data is not accessible by outside organisations. They also have specialist expertise in managing and analysing data in this specialist field of work over many years, and something that other institutions will not have available to them.
