Catering Services (Sandwiches/Salads and other chilled foods) for NSFT In-Patient Settings

Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) has patients with a diverse range of mental health problems from dementia, to young adults with acute psychological conditions. These patients stay as in-patients on 30 Wards in several locations in Norfolk and Suffolk. Their time of stay will range from just a few days to over eighteen months and in some cases, they become permanent residents. In addition to the main food offering, the Trust currently supplies an out-of-hours cold food offering to 22 inpatient settings 24/7. The tender requested the provision of Catering (Sandwich/Salad and other chilled foods) Services across NSFT patient sites. Lot 1: This contract award is for the provision Catering (Prepared Sandwiches/Salad and other chilled foods) Services across the Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) patient sites. To complement our hot meal provision, the Trust required provision of a range of sandwiches and salads, along with other possible options (such as wraps, baguettes, protein pots, and sausage rolls).
