Amgueddfa Cymru currently has a hybrid catering setup across the seven museum sites with some site wholly or partially run in-house and some are run by a third party caterer. We are seeking the assistance of a professional food and beverage consultant to help: 1) Model and recommend the preferred outcome options 2) Design and manage any subsequent tender process
