Centigen (part of Two Rivers Housing) are inviting bids from organisations who are able to provide maintenance materials (See Tender Documents) and associated services that meet Centigen's requirement for a range of materials including but not limited to: • General building materials, • Electrical Materials, • Tool Hire Services, • Waste Services and or hosting thereof (this could be an added value service) See tender documents for full details. These are available for free from the Market Dojo e-tendering website. Lot 1: Lot 1 - General Builders Merchant Including but not limited to timber, ironmongery, paints/solvents, silicone, kitchens, bathrooms, fasteners & fixings, paving/kerbs, small load flags, sand and all aggregates, decorative gravels, insulation, lintels, flooring, tiles, grout, adhesives, roofing, bricks and blocks, all civil/highway materials, street-scene/street furniture, asphalt, tarmac, cements, concretes, mortar, tub mortar, plaster and boarding, sundry items, doors (internal/external and timber/PVC-U), windows (timber/PVC-U), construction chemicals, handheld tools and PPE. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Electrical Materials Including but not limited to wiring and accessories, sockets, lighting, distribution equipment, consumer units, breakers, cables and cable management, electric showers, data networking, test and detection, electrical control, fire and CO2 detection, door entry and security systems, renewable energy products, ventilation, heating and cooling and mobile lighting. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Tool Hire Services including Scaffolding Tool hire services - a manned store in the central area is essential. (Additional manned stores in the other areas are not essential but extra provision will be considered as part of the award along with delivered services), Waste services - support with hiring and hosting of waste collection though the provision of space for skips to manage waste collection resultant from the work carried out by Centigen
