The use of an external supplier for the provision of Low Visual Aids and Contact Lenses service within the Optometry/Ophthalmology/Orthoptic Department at the Royal Stoke University Hospital - Newcastle Road, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ST4 6QG. All work is to be carried out at the Trust premises. For clarity the expected contract value would be £400,000 inc VAT. Lot 74972: SUPPLY OF CONTACT LENSES AND LOW VISUAL AIDS - Expression of Interest This is an expression of interest call for The University Hospital of North Midlands to establish if there may be any external supplier for the provision of Low Visual Aids and Contact Lenses service within the Optometry/Ophthalmology/Orthoptic Department at the Royal Stoke University Hospital - Newcastle Road, Staffordshire, ST4 6QG. All work is to be carried out at the Trust premises. Intended contract dates are 1st June 2023 to 30th April 2026 with potential options to extend for 12 months.For clarity, the expected contract value for the 3 year period would be £400,000 inc VAT.
