SUPPLY OF CONTACT LENSES AND LOW VISUAL AIDS - Expression of Interest

Tender description

This is an expression of interest call for The University Hospital of North Midlands to establish if there may be any external supplier for the provision of Low Visual Aids and Contact Lenses service within the Optometry/Ophthalmology/Orthoptic Department at the Royal Stoke University Hospital - Newcastle Road, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ST4 6QG. All work is to be carried out at the Trust premises. The intended dates for contract are, 1st June 2023 to 30th April 2026 with potential options to extend for 12 months. Lot 1: The University Hospital of North Midlands is releasing this expression of interest to ask for the market to respond with any potential external supplier for the provision of Low Visual Aids and Contact Lenses service within the Optometry/ Ophthalmology/ Orthoptic Department at the Royal Stoke University Hospital ST4 6QG. All work is to be carried out at the Trust premises. Attached is a detailed Provision of the service in relation to the expression of interest.
