Smartply Europe DAC are seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified Electrical Companies/IT Companies for the Network Fibre Refit at their facility at Belview, Slieverue, Waterford, X91 PX75. The Scope will involve the following: - Section 1 Office up grade • To supply and install Cat 6 -4 Pair LSZH/LSZH cable to 28 number point • To terminate Cat 6 cables and test • To supply and install containment over false ceiling as the existing cable are just laid on the ceiling. • To supply and install conduit drops for the individual point in the offices. • To supply and install 1Data Pole and Dato trunking to pick up point in the cubicles. • To supply and install fibro between main servo room and existing cabinet. Section 2 Fibro Cable from W144 Office to control rm and from T&G coating to IT manager office • To supply and install 24 core OM4 Fibro Cable • To supply and install 4 number 24-way fibro Multy mode Fibre panels • To supply 96 n OM4 Pigtails • To supply and install coupex and install Fibro into coupex. • To supply and install containment where required. Section 3 Fibro Cable from MCC2 Comms to MCC1 & MCC1 Comms to DR Comms room & MCC to Control Room • To supply and install 48core OM4 Fibro Cable • To supply and install 4 number 48-way fibro Multy mode Fibre panels • To supply 192 no OM4 Pigtails • To supply and install Copex and install Fibro into coupex. • To supply and install containment where required. Section 4 Fibro Cable from MCC1 Comms to Control room • To supply and install 48core OM4 Fibro Cable • To supply and install 4 number 48 way fibro Multy mode Fibre panels • To supply 192 n OM3 Pigtails • To supply and install Coupex and install Fibro into coupex. • To supply and install containment where required. Section 5 Fibro Cable from MCC1 Comms to New MCC1 Cabinet • To supply and install 3 number 42U 800x1000 Coms cabinets. • To supply 4-Way fan trays • To supply 6 10-wayVertical Switches PDU Section 6 Tidy up Existing Cabinet where possible •
