<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;, sans-serif">The works at Kewstoke Primary School will include, but not be limited to, the demolition of the staff room and making good of the original walls and roof. Stripping of the existing roof covering to the main school building, localised repairs to the roof structure, installation of insulation, felt battens and recovering of the roof with new plain clay tiles or repurpose existing tiles where possible. Repairs and decoration of high-level joinery and gutters. Removal of vegetation and pointing to retaining wall adjacent to the road. Full refurbishment of the pupil toilets and the construction of a new single storey extension to form a main entrance, school reception, heads office and internal corridors.
