Tender description
ISHA’s current Housing Management System (HMS), and Financial Management System (FMS) is coming to an end. The system is also felt to be obsolete in relation to current requirements. A number of legacy systems will also be reviewed and possibly either replaced or integrated as part of the systems procurement and resulting implementation Lot 1: Housing Management System The provision of a licence for 75 users and circa 2,500 properties in management for a housing management system as described in the technical specification. Lot 2: Financial Management System The provision of a licence for 14 users for a financial accounting system as described in the technical specification
