Hywel Dda University Health Board (“HDUHB”) need to ensure that the right people with the right skills are developed and promoted into leadership roles within the organisation. This will be achieved via the use of evidence-based solutions to predict workplace performance using engaging, activity-based assessment design. To support this endeavor, HDUHB are seeking to commission a provider that specialises in the design and implementation of innovative online psychometric assessments for aspiring leaders for a term of three (3) years, commencing June 2023. Our aim is to identify the right individuals for a wide range of leadership roles, with varying levels of seniority (aligned to the afore mentioned tiers) across the organisation. In order to do this, we wish to adopt the most up to date, scientifically based, rigorously validated, British Psychological Society approved ability and psychometric tests.
