Tender description

Agri-EPI is inviting companies to tender for its IT Services provision. This tender opportunity will replace all current contracts in place for these services and all such existing contracts will terminate on 31st May 2023. Agri-EPI Centre (AEC) is seeking to appoint a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to seamlessly transition the organisation from our current supplier and provide the necessary suite of ICT and digital services that will allow us to facilitate our appointed function. Additional information: Queries/Clarification Questions No Bidder is permitted to contact any Authority staff member whatsoever, during this procurement exercise, as to do so will render any Bid from a Bidder whom contravenes this instruction to automatically exclude themselves from the ITT opportunity at the discretion of the Authority. Any queries arising from this document, and/or for further clarification. then Bidders must only use the Q&A protocol at the electronic address stated in the Link within this contract notice no Later than stated in the ITT documents - as beyond this date and time no further clarification questions will be answered. We reserve the right to refuse to respond to any clarification questions if they are deemed to be seeking to gain commercial advantage/confidential information/unfair advantage against the other bidders, and additionally we may reject any offer submitted as a result of such infringement.
