Tender description
<p>We are preparing for the Regulator of Social Housing's (RSH) new Consumer Standard that will come info force from April 2023 in the form of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM's).<br><br>In doing so we are seeking to engage the services of an expert independent consultancy for 3 years (with the option to extend for a further 2 years if necessary) to undertake tenant perception surveys as set out in the TSM's.
