Call of contract for Social Media Monitoring Tool - off-the-shelf" tool that can provide both social media CRM and engagement monitoring to enable us to effectively handle large volumes of queries received through our corporate social media accounts, and to track and evaluate the success of our proactive engagement activities on social media.
