Leicestershire County Council (LCC) is seeking a consolidated solution that manages the following areas: • FOI and EIR requests • Subject Access Requests • Data Incidents • Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman & Information Commissioners Office (ICO) enquiries • Corporate Compliments and Comments • Statutory and non-statutory complaints • MP / Councillor Enquiries Any solution needs to support overall Local Authority (LA) compliance with UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations). The end solution will be used to capture, process, resolve and report across these key areas. LCC is on principle looking for a SaaS (Software as a Solution) offering with workflows that manage case tracking in these areas.
