Tender description

<div> <p><span lang="EN-GB">Manchester City Council is looking to procure services for&nbsp;managing its property Investment Estate for a period of up to 5 years (4 year contract with a potential 1 year extension) commencing in May 2024. A range of services are sought including: asset management (including valuations, inspections, and the development of an asset optimisation strategy), tenant management; and related professional services (including services relating to asset acquisitions and disposals). </span></p> <p><span lang="EN-GB">The Council’s investment portfolio&nbsp;which will be managed by this contract, comprises around 1,000 income producing ground leases, 1,800 peppercorn leases and approximately 130 directly managed commercial properties.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-GB">The council is currently seeking views and input from relevant organisations that will help inform how it structures and takes forward this procurement. As part of this, the council is seeking responses to the attached questionnaire, which also provides further detail on the services sought.
