Tender description
The Policy Unit in the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Development Cooperation and Africa Division (DCAD) provides support for policy development and planning across the Government’s development cooperation programme, Irish Aid. This consultancy will be engaged to provide an external professional service and expertise for the Policy Unit. It is envisaged that the consultant/s responsibilities will cover the areas of gender equality programming, policy dialogue, and strengthening institutional capacity to adopt gender transformative approaches.
