GB-Colchester: Combatting Fuel Poverty - Heating Replacements

Tender description

This contract is for the Planned Replacement of Boilers and Heating Systems under the Housing Investment Programme for Colchester City Council's residential properties. Colchester City Council's housing stock of approximately 6,100 tenanted units and 1000 leaseholder units is managed by Colchester Borough Homes Ltd, which is an Arm's Length Management Organisation, and will act as Contract Administrator for this contract. Colchester City Council (the Council) wishes to commission a suitably qualified and experienced Principal Contractor to undertake and manage the works. The anticipated volume is 350 properties by 31st May 2024 and subject to contract extensions, 350 in the second year and 250 in the third year. Bidders are advised that these volumes are not guaranteed and may be subject to change Full details can be found in the tender documents.
