Tender description

This contract is urgent as the previous provider has withdrawn from the contract with only one month's notice, effective 31st March 2023. The contract is for 6 hours of personal care every day for the service users at the Men's Harm Reduction Service at 2 Aigburth Drive. This level of support can flex upwards if there is a need, such as clients being end of life. The purpose of the contract is to meet the men's fluctuating needs, prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and making hospital discharges more timely and sustainable for this client group, many of whom have serious physical and mental health needs.
