Cyclical and Response Maintenance for Mechanical and Electrical Works

Tender description

Provision of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Cyclical and Response Maintenance works and services for those buildings managed by English Heritage Trust throughout England. Lot 1: English Heritage intends to re-tender its Measured Term Contract for the provision of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Cyclical and Response Maintenance works. The contract will cover the aggregated M&E maintenance requirements of the historic sites and additional offices/stores across England that are managed by English Heritage Trust. These sites vary significantly in terms of size, location and type and include properties that contain significant collections of historic interest. Almost all are protected as listed buildings, conservation areas etc and some are in remote areas that are difficult to access. The contract will be subdivided into Lots and detail of the final geographical split of these Lots will be provided in the final Tender documents upon release.
