Tender description
Torfaen County Borough is seeking to establish a preferred list of suitably experienced and qualified contractors to be invited to tender for the construction of a new Third Generation (3G) artificial pitch with floodlighting and associated access road and footpath. At the conclusion of the procurement, it is our intention to award a contract for the period of 20 weeks (July – December 2023)
