Tender description
East Dunbartonshire Council are running a mini-competition under Scotland Excel Framework 1320 Energy Efficient Contractors, Sub Lot 2.1 External Wall Insulation and Finishes. This is predominately a Rates Based Call off for the retrofit design, supply & installation of External Wall Insulation to to non-traditional properties in defined areas of East Dunbartonshire to owner occupied and East Dunbartonshire Council owned properties.
