Tender description
The States of Guernsey through the States Property Unit (the SPU) is seeking expressions of interest from potential suppliers capable of conducting on-site inspections across the SPU portfolio in order to ascertain its responsibilities to comply with the regulations laid out in The Prevention of Discrimination (Guernsey) Ordinance, 2022 (the Ordinance) due to come into force on the 1st October 2023. This will have an effect on all of the public and employee accessed buildings, including primary and secondary schools, owned and in some cases leased by the States Property Unit (SPU). It is estimated that this will involve in excess of 40 Properties (the Properties).
