Water Hygiene Management Services - Remedial Works

Tender description

This is a mini competition off the South East Consortium's Heating & Compliancy Management Framework, Lot 4b (Water Hygiene Remedial Works). The South East Consortium on behalf of West Kent Housing Association invite tenders for their major remedial, replacement and upgrade works contract for the treatment of stored water facilities contract. Proposed contract value is for works to twenty-four (24) schemes. A list giving the locations for year one will be provide prior to contract start. This list will not be deemed comprehensive or limited in anyway. There is no obligation on the Client to issue any minimum numbers of orders. The numbers of orders raised per annum may vary over the course of the contract as a result of modernisation works and new developments undertaken by the Association.
