Tender description

The call-off contract shall commence on the 9th March 2023 and the expiry date of the initial term (a period of 13 months) will be 8th April 2024, with the option for DfT to extend for up to a further 6 months thereafter. The contract value will be up to £300,000 excluding VAT for the provision of Call Off Schedule 20 Specification. This Direct Award is being offered under Panel RM6179 Legal Services Panel Lot 1 and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply
