Tender description
The standard Lean programme will consist of one-half day introductory workshop to introduce Lean concepts, to those participating in the programme. There may be a requirement to deliver 1 half-day introductory workshop in Cork and 1 half-day introductory workshop in Kerry. The programme will also consist of on-site mentoring support in undertaking a short in-company.
