Tender description

Supply and Installation of fitted kitchens to Places for People Developments Ltd for a four year period. The kitchens are to be installed on new build development sites for the social rent, mid market rent and private sale tenures. Places for People Developments are the development business within Places for People Group Ltd. This opportunity is for the Scotland region only which has been divided into 3 geographical regions. There are six lots in total. Up to five manufacturers will be appointed per lot. Lot 1: Highlands - Affordable Supply and Installation of fitted kitchens in the Highlands (specifically within 15 mile radius of Inverness) and Moray for a four year period. The kitchens are to be installed on new build development sites for the social rent and mid market rent tenures. Lot 2: Highlands - Market Sale Supply and Installation of fitted kitchens in the Highlands (specifically within 15 mile radius of Inverness) and Moray for a four year period. The kitchens are to be installed on new build development sites for the open market tenure. Lot 3: North East - Affordable Supply and installation of fitted kitchens in the North East (Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen City, Angus, Perth and Kinross) for s four year period. The kitchens are to be installed on new build development sites for the social rent and mid market rent tenures. Lot 4: North East - Market Sale Supply and installation of fitted kitchens in the North East (Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen City, Angus, Perth and Kinross) for a four year period. The kitchens are to be installed on new build development sites for the open market tenure. Lot 5: Central - Affordable Supply and installation of fitted kitchens in the Central belt (Edinburgh, Fife, Stirling, Clackmannanshire, West Lothian, Glasgow City, East Dunbartonshire, West Dunbartonshire, Dundee City, North Lanarkshire, Midlothian, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, Falkirk)for a four year period. The kitchens are to be installed on new build development sites for the social rent and mid market tenures.
