Salehurst School WC Reconfiguration

Tender description

This contract is for the reconfiguration WC facilities at Salehurst School. This comprises the removal of existing coverings and replace with fully insulated triple layer high performance felt system inclusive of upstand detailing, upstands around penetrations and adaptations where necessary. Where applicable, the scheme will include tapered insulation as it is intended that we defunct any internally fed downpipes (which are prone to blockages and water ingress) and divert rainwater to discharge to conventional gutters that extend long the eaves of the buildings to allow ease of access for ongoing maintenance purposes.
