Tender description
South Dublin Libraries (South Dublin County Council) wishes to establish a single party framework agreement for the supply on a leasing basis, delivery, installation and maintenance of an RFID-based self service solution across its branch network and to include any future libraries or community spaces that may open during the life of the contract.
