Each of the Frameworks is broken down into 3 workstreams which are: Commercial Vehicles - Low Emission Diesel Commercial Vehicles - Electric and Plug in Hybrid Passenger Vehicles - Electric and Plug in Hybrid The Frameworks are national covering England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the ability to operate in specific geographical regions. Lot 1A: LOT 1A Commercial Vehicles - Low Emission Diesel - Direct Award Framework NPC on behalf of its members is seeking to appoint Suppliers to a framework to undertake the lease, hire or rental including maintenance on a long term basis of low emission diesel fuelled commercial small, medium and large vans and other vehicles required for the undertaking of all aspects of maintenance, property reinvestment and compliance works including the provision of vehicles on spot hire and provision of optional equipment.
