Housing disrepair backlog works

Tender description

Upgrades, enhancements and repairs to tenanted council properties that require repairs to bring them back up to the Norwich Housing Standard. Tasks cover 'Whole Home Improvements' so one supplier to provide all works required per individual property. A Direct Award has been made via a call-off from the main Property Improvements Framework (covers all Sections within framework) with Eastern Procurement Limited (EPL). EPL is a not-for-profit organisation offering specialist compliant framework agreements, social landlords and other public sector bodies, predominantly in the Eastern region. The council are owner members of EPL and work closely with them to create bespoke procurement frameworks. The frameworks promote value for money for the council and include SMEs and local suppliers.
