The purpose of this PIN is to notify interested parties of our intention to engage in a market consultation exercise. The SEAI will shortly initiate a competitive procurement process to appoint a Managing Agent who will provide the SEAI with a range of evaluation, survey, inspection, BER Assessment audit and related quality assurance and technical services to deliver the SEAI Schemes. In advance of this procurement, the SEAI wishes to engage with the market, the purpose of which is two-fold; (i) to provide to market with an overview of our needs (ii) Seek the views of the market on inter alia potential service delivery models, current market dynamics and challenges Details of the market engagement process are set out in the documents associated with this Notice.
