Tender description

Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a Framework for Highways Resource Support This framework entails the delivery of services for the provision of skilled and semi-skilled labour to complement existing workforces, sometimes at short notice, for completion of projects under the supervision of the employer's workforce The initial Framework period is 2 Years; the Framework is estimated to commence 01st April 2023 and expire 31st March 2025. There will be an option to extend the Framework for 2 years in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. Maximum Framework period is 4 years The value is based on the full 4 years Please note, suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation, must do so by 15:00 on 12th February 2023. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a comprehensive response.
