Tender description

You are invited to tender for the replacement of cladding to the 3 storey block at the 62 Great Crosshall Street for Liverpool John Moores University. The works include repairs to the external envelope of the building together with any making good of disturbed surfaces on the interior, overhauling existing metal windows, installation of insulation, joinery repairs and redecoration. The building is predominantly used by the school of sports and will be operational for the duration of the works. In order to achieve this, it is envisaged this work must be completed within 10 weeks. Additional information: We have not stated a contract value, £1 has been selected as we need to add some value into the field
