NNC- Professional Consultancy Service for Care Services

Tender description

Northamptonshire Children's Trust (hereafter referred to as "NCT", the "Trust") delivers statutory social care services on behalf of North Northamptonshire Council (hereafter referred to as "NNC") and West Northamptonshire Council (hereafter referred to as "WNC") (hereafter collectively referred to as the "Councils"). The relationship between the Councils and NCT is governed by a set of contractual agreements and managed by the Intelligent Client Function (hereafter referred to as the "ICF") which is hosted by NNC on behalf of both Councils. The ICF, on behalf of the Councils, is commissioning the Service Provider to provide consultancy support and to work with NCT to deliver improved outcomes for children in care. NCT will commission Innovate Therapeutic Services to provide additional operational and therapeutic capacity as part of a wider programme of work titled Circle 2 Success which includes the consultancy support provided by the Service Provider to deliver improved outcomes for children in care. The Service Provider will work collaboratively with the ICF, the Councils, NCT and Innovate Therapeutic Services. This procurement is being managed and awarded using the Direct Award option of Lot 4C (Social Care (Children)) of the ESPO Consultancy Services Framework Agreement (Ref No. 664-21).
