Meet the Buyer Cyclical Decorations

Midland Heart will be holding a Meet the Buyer Event to discuss the upcoming Cyclical Decorations Tender. The event will be for 1 hour to discuss the scope, timetable, and details of how to access the tender. There will also be an opportunity for questions on the process at the end of the presentation. Date: Wednesday 12th April 2023 Time: 3pm - 4pm.Location: Microsoft Teams Please contact the Commercial Officer Alex Lawrence (Alex.Lawrence@midlandheart.org.uk) to be invited to the event. The event will also be recorded should you not be able to attend but wish to review the content of the presentation. Lot 1: The Contract will be for Cyclical Decorations. The services will be delivered direct through the Contractors own staff and will not be subcontracted without written permission from Midland Heart.The above services are required across a range of different stock and tenure's including Void properties, General Needs properties, Retirement and Supported Living properties, Home Options (Leasehold and Shared Ownership) properties and Mutual Properties.
